Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 3 days of the order date. When your order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the date of shipment. Items from the gift shop should arrive in 7 - 10 business days depending on the country being shipped to. Due to unpredictable factors in international shipping, there may be additional delays beyond our control. Important Considerations for Your Order

The most significant portion of shipping costs is the first half kilogram (approximately 1 pound) of the order. Each following kilogram (2.2 pounds) adds significantly less to the total shipping cost. For example, orders shipped to the U.S. cost approximately $18 if they are 0.5 Kg or less, $21 if they are 0.5 Kg to 1.0 Kg, and around $8 for each subsequent Kg. In terms of shippings costs, it is a better value to consolidate multiple orders into one or to order more than 0.5 Kg (1 pound) from the gift shop.
